Panagiotis C. Tsarchopoulos received his Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 1992 and he has been working as a multimedia and web developer since 1993. He took part in many R&D projects dealing with intelligent cities and innovation spaces.
