why when you click forum tab it flashes the forum post title and content box first?

Andy Peatling posted a new activity comment: %s Stickies do not stick to the top in the global forum, but are still highlighted in the list. If they are kept at the top globally, there could be hundreds of stickies and render the global list useless. They still stick to the top when you drill down into a group forum.
