Testing the image-Sizes of HTML and what it makes to the activity-stream layout:

Michael Berra posted a new activity comment: %s hmmmm… I don’t know about that… does that makes sense to show it FULLSIZE? If someone posts that in a blog-post it shows like that or even bigger…
I would recommend just to show a thumbnail-size.
Or if it isn’t implemented in the default theme, dows anybody know how I could ajust that with CSS? (the problem is, that the pictures from blog-posts often are already defined in size…)
Andy Peatling posted a new activity comment: %s Any images in a blog post are removed and replaced with a single thumbnail image.
mark kelly posted a new activity comment: %s agreed not bi images on activity ….. its a page killer ……… again I refer to the myspace.com example of big posts on comments being a pain in the hooty ….
Michael Berra posted a new activity comment: %s @andy are there plans to change this huge-picture-activity-mess-up-problem?
Andy Peatling posted a new activity comment: %s What do you suggest? I don’t see anything wrong with the image above?
Michael Berra posted a new activity comment: %s I don’t see anything wrong
. It’s perfect!!!
Now that it shows just the thumbnail from the blogpost, that’s fine. The inserted images in the activity-stream can be handled mostly with some css-addition for images in the acitivity-stream
Haloid posted a new activity comment: %s Agreed.
mercime posted a new activity comment: %s post-thumbnails – no full size images or else it’ll wreck the layout. Of course, one could always add styles with specific selector for images in activity stream directory page.
