Elaine, if you go to your setting in the Admin section of WordPress MU, there is one setting that talks about the limit size of your uploads. The default is 150kb, change it to 1500kb. Another posibility is to change the avatar size in the Admin Settings to something smaller than whatever is now, example if they are 150×150 change them to 100×100.

Elaine, start by looking at the file folders in your web host and make sure that proper permission are assign to the buddypress folders. that is 755 for folders and 644 for files. Then you can go from there and re-install the plugin.

I’m having problems too, I can’t see his request even when I got the email with his request.

I know, I upgraded from 1.2 to 1.2.1 and that’s all I get. I haven’t had a change to look into it, I will fix it this weekend. Thanks for the update, and I’m sorry I let you down.

The thing about reply is that if you reply to a subject that started on the forums here in the activity feed it does not populate the forum conversation. Thats not productive, I wonder if it can be corrected.
