Login to the WP admin area and navigate to ”Settings > General”, make sure ”Anyone can register” is checked.
there is no such stuff ”Anyone can register” in ”Settings > General”… i’m using wpmu 2.9.1.
Ahh ok, I assumed you were using standard WP. Glad you figured it out.
well, it works now… i just reactivated the ”only user can create account”…
