Hi,
Why the Favorites in Support (bbPress 2.0 powered forum) are not showing in the Member’s Favorites. But the regular save to favorites in BuddyPress forums will display?
Also notice the Admin bar is different from my WordPress 3.2.1 + BuddyPress 1.5.1 power site, did you make some modification to it?
I like the “Search” box that will become wider when clicked.
* Forum favorites will be in BuddyPress 1.6.
* The toolbar in WordPress 3.3 is newly redesigned, and BuddyPress is taking advantage of that.
@johnjamesjacoby Does this WYSIWYG editor come standard with BP 1.6/bbP 2.1? If so – unbelievably awesome! “You may use these HTML tags and attributes:” under this editor is kind of redundant now. (
Secondly, can you guys please write a little bit of documentation for how to add links/sublinks into the Admin bar, and how to change the order, etc. Little things like that
Also, how to add more buttons to this editor (like for images, videos etc.)
Thanks! And awesome job.
PS: I think the Plugin Compatibility page needs to be updated.
@michael – Yes it comes built into bbPress 2.1. Anyone using bbPress will automatically get the visual editor in their forums. You’re right about the redundancy. There are some other things like the More tag that also need to be looked into.
Hi there, a bit confused here, but also a complete novice,
I’m trying to see/test how I can reply to an individual reply in the topic. Is this possible?
@joeywalters – Replies are not currently hierarchical, and some care will need to be taken before that can truly happen. We might include some kind of reply/quote functionality in bbPress eventually, but it will most likely be part of a theme.
Ok thanks very much for that clarity. I think it’s actually going to mean I can’t use it as it’s quite important for me to be able to respond to individual’s posts and for them to respond to each other’s.
