Has this been incorporated in the latest buddypress build yet? Alternatively I would like to link groups to category its children posts. Like a “Join this group” in each post according to its category. Can this also be incorporated in the future?

@J-Trip what is the forum shortcode that you used to integrate this topic/comments into the original posting?
This is a great concept. It will be really nice when someone creates a plugin to automate this process. If there is anyone interested in doing so, please let us know so that we can donate to the development.
Thanks in advance!

Hi, everybody! I loved this idea and made a plugin to automate the process. Please give it a try and let me know what you think!

That’s amazing. And thanks David for that essential add-on!
Has this been tested with different post formats?
Also, the idea of multiple posts pointing to the same forum topic is very cool, but what about the other way around? Say if I’m using (a part of-) my WordPress site as a wiki. Some wiki-pages merit several different discussions. Could one post page point to several different threads?
I have e-mail notifications turned on for this post. Don’t seem to be receiving e-mail updates about these new replies though. Can anyone confirm?
