Either you are a very expressive person, or overreacting to a bug you found which is a known issue. :)

Pagination doesn’t seem to work for me. I click through to the second page (this is from the blog post), but it takes me back to the front page of comments.

So would you have to create a forum discussion for each blog post? In order for the member’s response to blog posts to be seen in the user activity stream?

    New to BuddyPress :)

Scorpio – You are very, very close to correct. :)

To have this work seamlessly/invisibly, a helper plugin would need to be built to handle the forum or topic creation when a blog post is published. Otherwise yes, each blog post needs its own relative topic or forum, depending on what you’d want to do.

P.S. – Pagination is fixed now, and will be in final release.

Thanks @J-Trip! Really looking forward to it!

@Scorpio In theory, you could also have multiple posts on the same theme all sharing one forum topic. This could be a good way to keep a conversation going – as each post would already have a fair number of comments beneath it on publication, and everytime the forum topic started to run out of steam you could put up another post on the front page to liven it up.

@J-Trip Ah I see, thank you for the response! Can’t wait until I have the time to try this out on my site. I have a pretty active Twitter/Facebook community and I would like to have the same thing community type feel to the blog.

@Joe L- Thanks for the tip! I could see how that could be useful to keep the conversation going especially since many of our blog posts will be related. But I think I’d want something more convenient and that seems like it’d take more work :P lol
